Create a draft-only assistant with a clear contract and run it on a low-risk example.
Why this matters
A saved prompt is not a complete system. The agent needs a specific role, known inputs, a process, an output format, boundaries, and a reason to stop and ask.

Try these steps
- Create a dedicated project or workspace for this one job in an AI tool you already use.
- Add the context pack and workflow map. Use only material you are authorized to share.
- Write the role, goal, process, output format, rules, stop conditions, and definition of done.
- Run one real or safely anonymized, low-risk example. Save the exact input and output for tomorrow's test.
Illustrative example
The Follow-up Agent turns approved meeting notes into a recap, action table, open questions, and a draft email. It uses only facts in the notes, marks missing owners or dates, and returns a draft. The meeting owner checks every detail and sends it manually.
Watch for: Keep email sending, record updates, purchases, and publishing outside the agent for the first version. A confident tone does not prove the facts are right.
