Privacy and saved work
Updated October 6, 2026.
Operator OS receives your account identifier, email, and display name from Sign in with ChatGPT. It stores lesson drafts, checklist and quiz responses, completion status, and update timestamps in its hosted database. Your browser keeps a separate backup for your account.
Stripe processes payments. Operator OS stores customer and subscription identifiers, receipt email, subscription status, and event identifiers to manage access. Card details are handled by Stripe. Hosting providers may process technical request logs to operate the service.
Lesson drafts are saved as learning work. Operator OS does not send them to an AI model to generate responses. Material you paste into ChatGPT or another AI tool is subject to that tool’s privacy terms and settings. Use invented or approved anonymized data for exercises.
Saved progress remains until you delete it or request removal. Billing records may need separate retention. You can export or delete learning work from Account, including after a membership ends. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@operatoros.co. Clearing browser storage removes the local backup only.
